Data protection information for the project application (Porini Challenge)<\/h3>\n

As part of your participation in the Porini Challenge, we collect and process personal data that you submit via the application form. This includes in particular<\/p>\n

    Project information (texts, information on materials and costs)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Photos in which people are recognizable (especially children)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Purpose of data processing:<\/strong>
    The data will be used exclusively for the organization, implementation and public presentation of the Porini Challenge. This includes in particular<\/p>\n

      assessing the content of the submitted projects,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      contact in case of queries or in the event of an award,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      the publication of selected projects (incl. text and images) on our website and, if applicable, in other communication channels (e.g. social media, print media).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Photos of children:<\/strong>
      If images of children are transmitted, written consent must be obtained from their legal guardians. We provide a corresponding template in the document \"Project information\".<\/p>\n

      Retention period:<\/strong>
      The data is only stored for as long as it is required for the implementation and documentation of the challenge.<\/p>\n

      Processing is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 6 of the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).<\/p>\n
