As part of your participation in the Porini Challenge, we collect and process personal data that you submit via the application form. This includes in particular
Contact details (e.g. name, e-mail address)
Project information (texts, information on materials and costs)
Photos in which people are recognizable (especially children)
Purpose of data processing:
The data will be used exclusively for the organization, implementation and public presentation of the Porini Challenge. This includes in particular
assessing the content of the submitted projects,
contact in case of queries or in the event of an award,
the publication of selected projects (incl. text and images) on our website and, if applicable, in other communication channels (e.g. social media, print media).
Photos of children:
If images of children are transmitted, written consent must be obtained from their legal guardians. We provide a corresponding template in the document "Project information".
Retention period:
The data is only stored for as long as it is required for the implementation and documentation of the challenge.
Legal basis:
Processing is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 6 of the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
Your rights:
